How should we prepare for entry into Jamaica?

Who will meet me at the airport?
Each traveler must complete Jamaica’s official C5 Immigration & Customs form prior to arrival. The form is completed online at: https://www.enterjamaica.com
There is no fee to submit this form.
If you are asked for payment, you are not on the official government site.
Each guest must complete their own submission. Keep a photo of your confirmation most airlines will ask for this at check in.

Is Fast Track/Club MoBay worth it?

Arrival flow at Sangster International Airport can vary considerably. Often is it not necessary but if you are faced with a long line you will wish you had! Many of our guests choose Club Mobay or Club Kingston for expedited immigration and security processing, along with private lounge access on arrival and departure. You may either book directly through our preferred link.

We can pass a 15% savings discount on to you if the Indigo team arrange Club Mobay or Club Kingston on your behalf once flight details are confirmed- based on availability requires 48 hour advanced notice.
VIP Services can be selected for some or all of your guests. Keep in mind- for departure only if you have Priority Pass, Diner’s Club, Dragon Pass, First and Business Class passengers on partner airlines or certain other lounge affiliations Club Mobay can be reduced or even free of charge on departure depending on availability.
If you arranged a private transfer or bus through Villa Indigo: After clearing customs, please remain inside the terminal. Proceed to Desk #2, where your representative will be waiting with your name and will escort you directly to your driver.If utilizing Club Mobay, simply ask to be guided to Desk #2.You will then be transferred privately to Villa Indigo. If you rented a car: After clearing customs, please remain inside the terminal. Proceed to the rental agency you have rented through before exiting the terminal (Sixt is just outside the customs on your ride). If you are driving, please let us know so that we can leave your name with the security gate.

What if I arrive before the 3 PM Check in?

If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, guests are very welcome to enjoy lunch nearby while we complete final preparations. We will only be able to confirm early check-in availability the day before arrival.
You may visit Half Moon Resort for lunch or to relax at the beach if space is available that day. If Half Moon is unavailable for any reason, we are happy to recommend:
• Scotchies – a casual local favorite for authentic Jamaican jerk chicken and pork, conveniently located near the airport.

Your driver can take you to any of these locations and coordinate timing with the villa team. He can also drop your luggage at the villa upon arrival while you enjoy lunch or relax at the beach. We will notify you as soon as the home is ready for check-in.
